Insurance Information

Our office will participate with a wide array of health plans and coverage policies. Insurance companies include all the products and policies of

Blue Cross Blue Shield, PPOM, Priority Health, Tricare, Humana, BCN and Aetna among others. Please check with our office AND your insurance carrier about your child’s eligibility. In case we didn’t participate with your particular plan, you will be provided with a coded receipt for reimbursement (we will be happy to submit it on your behalf for your convenience).
